Greater Good Series

Dementia is one of the most feared diagnoses — yet knowledge about prevention, early detection, and care remains limited. Many families only seek information after a crisis, when options are fewer and stress is higher.

Established by Mr Tan Kwang Hwee, the Greater Good Series convenes leaders from academia, healthcare, business, philanthropy, and the community sector to explore pressing issues in mental health, resilience, and healthy ageing. Through thought-provoking conversations with distinguished speakers and researchers, the series provides a forum for meaningful dialogue on the challenges and opportunities shaping the well-being of future generations.

Rooted in the belief that lasting social impact requires collaboration across disciplines and sectors, the series strengthens connections between research, philanthropy, and community action. By bringing together individuals who share a commitment to the greater good, it helps cultivate partnerships and ideas that advance the Centre’s mission of building mental resilience across the lifespan.
