Psychosocial interventions with art, music, Tai Chi and mindfulness for subsyndromal depression and anxiety in older adults: A naturalistic study in Singapore

This study looked at older adults in Singapore with mild depression or anxiety who took part in a year-long programme of art, music, Tai Chi, and mindfulness. Their mood symptoms improved over time, suggesting these low-cost, culturally familiar activities can help support mental wellbeing.
