Tea consumption reduces the incidence of neurocognitive disorders: Findings from the Singapore longitudinal aging study
Tracking almost 1,000 elderly Chinese Singaporeans over several years, this study found that people who drank tea regularly were much less likely to develop memory and thinking problems. The protective effect was strongest in women and in people carrying a gene linked to higher Alzheimer’s risk.
